Dunback war memorial, 2011. The memorial includes the names of men from the district killed in the South African (Boer) War and First and Second World Wars.

In 2015 five chestnut trees were planted to commemerate the 5 local men who died serving in WWII. Flight Sergeant T. L. Bowker, Private W. E. Chapman, Private T. I. Frater, Private S. C. Hewett, and Lieutenant D. E. Murray. A memorial stone was also placed near the trees.

Note: the name J. Wilfreys listed on the First World War roll of honour (click on third thumbnail) is an incorrect spelling of John Edmond Wolfreys.
