I'm not sure what the middle initial is that she put for her signature here - but it is not an "E" - can this be corrected? I suspect that this is Mrs. Thomas Dick, a founding officer of the Dunedin WCTU NZ chapter. Could the middle initial be a "T" for Thomas so to differentiate her from the wives of her husband's two sons? If this indeed is she, you might consider adding her full name -- Elizabeth Reid Walker Dick (nee Stewart) -- she lived at Viewmount on Queen Street.
