Harriet Fawcett was born in New Zealand in 1870 – the daughter of George Fawcett, a storeman, and Jessie Robertson.
She married William Harry Earland in 1900 and they had two children.
Harriet died on 15 August 1942 and William died in 1945. They are buried in a family grave in the Northern Cemetery.
