The 1893 electoral roll confirms Frederick St. She is the daughter of Fanny Walsham who signed above her.

Norah Jane Walsham was born in 1871 in New Zealand – the daughter of Joseph Walsham, a labourer, and Fanny Carson. (See 98 Fanny Walsham)
When she signed the suffrage petition she was living with her family in Frederick St, Dunedin working as a tailoress.
Norah married Philip John Howard Hatton, a labourer, in 1911 and they had one daughter.
Norah died on 1 December 1922 and Philip died in 1940, they are buried together in the Andersons Bay Cemetery.
