Margaret Bell Wilson was born in 1871 in New Zealand – the daughter of Robert Bell Wilson and Euphemia Jaap.
When she signed the suffrage petition she was living with her family in Main Rd, South Dunedin.
Margaret married William Adams, a baker, on 16 April 1896 in South Dunedin.
She died on 2 January 1898 aged 26.
William died in 1916 – they are buried together in the Southern Cemetery.
