Christina Muirhead was born about 1843 in Victoria, Australia. In 1865 she married Alexander McKenzie in Auckland.
Together they had 11 children that survived to adulthood.
When she signed the petition she was living in Helena St with her husband - a retired civil servant, a daughter (Jane, who also signed Sheet 70) and two sons.
Alexander died at 10 Helena St in 1911 and Christina on 2 September 1916. They are buried together in the Andersons Bay Cemetery.
