Hi Lenice - I haven't been able to find any evidence he served in the First and Second World Wars, do you know if he perhaps served in another country's armed forces? I've not seen any figures for how many served in all three wars - very few I suspect as they would probably have been in well into their 50s by 1939. Kind regards, Jamie Mackay

I am delighted my Brother - in - law encouraged me to do some research on my Grandfather, Thomas Henry Hurndell. Very excited by what I have so far found of his Service during the Second Boer War. I would now like to search for and locate his WWl Service record along with his WWll Service record. How many men would have served in 3 Wars ?
