Ada Rose Tulley (nee Nelson) was born in 1865 to John and Elzabeth Jean Nelson. She married a labourer named William Tulley in 1885 and had four daughters: Catherine Ada (1885), Cecilia May (1888), Elizabeth Rose (1894), and Ellen Maud (1897). Ada died on 18 May 1920.
