Agnes Mowbray was born on 30 June 1869 in Dunfermline, Fifeshire, Scotland – the daughter of James Mowbray, a weaver, and Catherine Bowman.
The family emigrated to Otago on the Janet Court in 1874.
Agnes lived with her family in Stafford Ave and Walker Ave, Dunedin. In 1896 Agnes was working as a machinist. Agnes disappears from the records after that and I can find no other trace of her.
