Annie Paterson was born in 1872 in New Zealand, the daughter of John Paterson, a master mariner, and Ann Black.
When Annie signed the suffrage petition she was living with her parents in High St, Roslyn, Dunedin.
She died at her home on September 29th 1918, is buried in the family grave in the Northern Cemetery.
