Annie was born about 1854. She was married to John Russell, a labourer.
They had at least eight children and lived in Cannongate in Dunedin.
Annie died on 17 January 1898, aged 44. John died in 1921. They are buried in a family grave in the Southern Cemetery, Dunedin.
