Caroline Ann Jackson Henry was born in New Zealand in 1860 – the daughter of Joseph Henry and Mary.
The family lived in Manor Place, Dunedin from about 1878 until 1887. They then moved to Walker St where Caroline lived with her mother.
She married William Henry Parkinson, a builder, on 16 October 1907 at St Andrews Church, Dunedin. They had no children.
Caroline died on 26 January 1936 at Broad Bay, and William died in 1946. They are buried together in the Andersons Bay Cemetery.
