Biography contributed by Katherine Blakeley
Annie Cameron was born about 1860 in Victoria, Australia.
She came to New Zealand, presumably with her parents, about 1862.
Annie married Ewen Cameron, a salesman, on 28 November 1883 in Dunedin and they had three sons.
When Annie signed the suffrage petition the family were living in Cargill St, Dunedin.
Ewen died in 1938 and Annie died on 29 May 1946, they were both cremated and their ashes interred in the Southern Cemetery.
