Christina Bryce was born in 1871 in the Tokomairiro district – the daughter of Thomas Bryce, a blacksmith, and Isabella Fleming.
When she signed the suffrage petition Christina was living with her family in Milton.
She died at her home on 8 February 1897 and is buried in the Fairfax Cemetery, Milton.
