Christina McGregor was born about 1810 in Comrie, Perthshire, Scotland.
She married Andrew Craig, a cattle dealer, in the 1840s and they had 2 children.
The family came to New Zealand in the 1860s and settled in Dunedin where Andrew worked as a dairyman.
Andrew died in 1872. When Christina signed the suffrage petition she was living in Lambeth Rd, Dunedin with her granddaughter Christina Creagh.
She died at her home on August 25th 1899, and is buried with Andrew in the Southern Cemetery.
