Christina Dalziel was born on 26 January 1862 in Lerwick, Shetland, the daughter of James Dalziel, a grocer, and Barbara Brown.
Christina emigrated to New Zealand about 1874.
When she signed the suffrage petition she was living in York Place, Dunedin, with her widowed mother.
Christina did not marry. She died in Dunedin on 21 October 1943 and was cremated. Her ashes were scattered.
