Colina Currie McEachern was born in 1866 in New Zealand – the daughter of William McEachern and Martha McDougall. (See 65 Martha McEachern)

Colina did not marry and when she signed the suffrage petition she was living with her mother and siblings in Reid St, South Dunedin.

She later lived in Benhar, in South Otago, before moving back to Dunedin.

She died at her home in Andersons Bay on 11 July 1949.

Colina was cremated and her ashes interred with her sister Vida in the Andersons Bay Cemetery.
