Elizabeth Alice Susan Fox was born in New Zealand in 1871 – the daughter of George Fox and Mary White.
She did not marry and when she signed the suffrage petition she was living in Great King St, Dunedin working as a machinist.
Elizabeth died on 7 October 1953 and is buried in the family grave in the Northern Cemetery.
