Biography contributed by Katherine Blakeley

Elizabeth/Lizzie Emma Moore married Joseph Dyer Fry, a blacksmith, on 23 June 1877 in Dunedin.

They had five children, three who died in infancy and when Elizabeth signed the suffrage petition the family were living in Sydney St, Caversham.

Joseph died in 1894 and their eldest daughter died in 1898 – they are buried in the Southern Cemetery.

After her daughter’s death Elizabeth disappears from the records and her later life is unknown.
