Elizabeth Cook was married to Robert Hunter (See 46 Robert Hunter)
They ran the Inch Valley and Carriers’ Arms Hotel and Farm Produce Store in Shag Valley, North Otago in the early 1870s and later farmed in Shag Valley, moving to Dunedin in the early 1880s.
They do not appear to have had any children and when they signed the suffrage petition were living in Albany St, Dunedin.
Robert died on 3 September1896 and Elizabeth died on 27 October 1906 at Weston Park, North Otago.
They are buried together in the Northern Cemetery, Dunedin.
