Elizabeth Mary/Lizzie McPherson was born in 1870 in New Zealand – the daughter of Donald McPherson, a blacksmith, and Agnes Hair. (See 151 Agnes McPherson)
When Elizabeth signed the suffrage petition she was living with her family in Park St, Kensington, Dunedin.
Shortly after, on 25 June 1893, Lizzie died at her parent’s home at the age of 23.
She is buried in the family grave in the Southern Cemetery.
