Elizabeth Esther Patton was born about 1860 in Ireland – the daughter of James Patton and Mary. (See 296 Mary Patton)
When Elizabeth signed the suffrage petition at Enfield she was living in, nearby, Whitstone with her family.
She died at her home in Weston on 5 April 1907 and is buried in the family grave in the Old Oamaru Cemetery.
