Flora Ross Munro was born about 1836 in Rosshire, Scotland – the daughter of John Munro.
She married William Riddoch on 14 May 1858 in Geelong, Victoria, Australia.
They had a son in Victoria in 1861 and another son in Tasmania in 1863.
William possibly came to Otago in 1863 - Flora and her two sons arrived in January 1866 on the South Australian.
When Flora signed the suffrage petition she was living in Grosvenor St, Kensington.
William died in Melbourne in 1896 and Flora died on 19 September 1921. She is buried with her son in the Southern Cemetery.
