Fanny Davies was born in 1874 in New Zealand – the daughter of John Davies, an engineer, and Susan. (See 65 Susan Davies)
When Fanny signed the suffrage petition she was living with her family in Maria St, South Dunedin.
She married William James McCutcheon, a woolclasser, in 1908 – they had no children.
William died in Christchurch in 1920, he is buried in the Sydenham Cemetery.
Fanny died on 12 October 1932 in Dunedin, she was cremated and her ashes scattered.
