Flora Ann Wilkinson was born in New Zealand in 1865 – the daughter of William Wilkinson, an engineer, and Mary Jane Whisker. (See 160 Mrs W Wilkinson)
Flora was living with her parents in Kaikorai Valley Rd, Dunedin when she signed the suffrage petition, she did not marry.
She died on 14 June 1956 and is buried in the Andersons Bay Cemetery with her sister.
