Flora McNeill was born about 1864, she married Albert Greer, a State Forestry employee, on 10 February 1888 in the Tapanui Parish.
They had three daughters and were still living in Tapanui when Flora signed the suffrage register.
The family later moved to Crookston, north east of Tapanui.
Albert died in Dunedin Hospital in 1931 and Flora died at Tapanui on 23 November 1935, they are buried together in the Andersons Bay Cemetery, Dunedin.
