Helena Wallace was born in 1867 in New Zealand – the daughter of John Wallace, a grocer, and Mary Sinclair. (See 98 Mary Wallace)
Helena did not marry and when she signed the suffrage petition she was living with her family in Albany St, Dunedin.
She died on 13 July 1896 and is buried in the family grave in the Northern Cemetery.
