Isabella Williamson was born in 1866 in South Otago – the daughter of Peter Williamson, a farmer, and Margaret Hughes. (See 139 Mrs P Williamson)
She grew up on the family farm in the Waihola Gorge before they moved to Milburn where Isabella signed the suffrage petition.
She did not marry and she died on 24 August 1923 at Clarendon. Isabella is buried in the family grave in the Fairfax Cemetery, Milton.
