Louisa Catherine/Kathleen Storer was born in Melbourne, Australia in 1864 – the daughter of Henry Smith Storer and Mary Gadsden Grant.
She came to New Zealand with her family as a young child and she married William Stacey Glasse, a draper, in 1889.
Louisa signed the suffrage petition in George St, Dunedin – her entry is immediately under her sister, (See 90 A Storer) although at the time the family were living in Lawrence.
They had three children and moved to Dunedin in the late 1890s before moving, once again, to Raikaia.
William died at Rakaia in 1925, he is buried in the Raikaia Cemetery.
After William’s death Louisa went to live in Australia.
She died on 25 May 1933 in Kew, Victoria and she is buried in the Melbourne General Cemetery.
