Lillias Constance Bent was born in 1868 in New Zealand – the daughter of John Bent and Eliza Ann Jones. (See 43 Eliza Bent)
Her father died in Dunedin in 1884 and when Nina signed the suffrage petition she was living with her mother in Exe St, Oamaru.
Lillias married Charles Edward Harris, an architect, in 1902.
They had three children and lived, at first, in Christchurch before moving to Wellington where Charles died in 1947.
Lillias died on 4 February 1962 – they were both cremated in Wellington.
