Lily Reid married James Constantine in 1881 and had a son, James (1881-) and daughter, Janet Louisa, (b 1882 NSW; married Herbert George Chapman). Lily was widowed and she remarried Thomas Liddell in Dunedin in 1885. Lily and Thomas had three children; Isabella (1886-, marr. Alexander Watt), Lilly (1888-1974, marr. Charles French) and Thomas Richard (1893-1917). The family lived in St Andrews St, Dunedin, moving to Cumberland St by 1900. Widowed again in 1910, Lily remarried George Littlejohn at Dunedin Presbyterian Church in April 1911. She died 4 Feb 1912 at her home in Albany St, Dunedin, aged 49 years.
