Elizabeth Fulton Hall was born in 1864 in New Zealand – the daughter of John Hall, a stone mason, and Mary Ann Fulton Leitch. (See 51 M A Hall)
When she signed the suffrage petition Lizzie was living with her family in Castle St, Dunedin.
She did not marry and she died on 17 May 1951. She is buried in the family grave in the Northern Cemetery.
