Elizabeth Porter Stewart was born in 1873 in New Zealand – the daughter of James Stewart and Margaret.
She lived with her family in Reid St, South Dunedin, and worked as a boot machinist.
In 1915 Elizabeth married William Belsham Lamb, a widower with two children. They continued living in Reid St after their marriage.
William died in 1956, and he is buried with his first wife in the Southern Cemetery. Elizabeth died on 11 December 1962 and she is buried in the family grave in the Southern Cemetery.
