Mary Anderson was born in 1866 in Dunedin – the daughter of Millar Anderson, a baker, and Helen Stewart. (See 79 H Anderson)
Mary did not marry and when she signed the suffrage petition she was living with her family in High St, Dunedin.
She died on 25 February 1931 and is buried in the family grave in the Southern Cemetery.
