Bridget was born in County Galway, Ireland about 1860.
She and her husband Michael Earley/Early, a labourer, emigrated to New Zealand and had five children after their arrival, one dying in infancy. The family lived in Osmond St, South Dunedin.
Michael died in 1908 and Bridget died on 19 January 1930. They are buried in a family grave in the Southern Cemetery.
