Minnie Amelia Fordham was born in 1870 in New Zealand – the daughter of Thomas Richard Fordham, a lighterman and boatman, and Ellen Symes. (See 341 Ellen Fordham)
When Minnie signed the suffrage petition she was living with her family in Campbeltown near Bluff.
She married David Richardson, a labourer, in 1899 and they had one son.
She died at her home on 30 September 1911 and David died in 1917, they are buried in the family grave in the Bluff Cemetery.
