Margaret Ann Taylor was born about 1854.

She married John Corrigall, a farmer, on 9 January 1880 in Oamaru and they had seven children.

When Margaret signed the suffrage petition the family were living near Duntroon in North Otago.

Margaret died at Seacliff on 24 September 1916, she is buried in the Andersons Bay Cemetery, Dunedin.

John died 1933, he is buried in the Duntroon Cemetery.
