Margaret Christina Bremner was born in 1860 in Adelaide, South Australia – the daughter of William Bremner and Eliza Cooke and sister of Elpeth (See 100 Elsie Atkin)
The family came to New Zealand in the late 1860s and settled in the Waikoikoi district south of Tapanui.
Margaret did not marry and lived her life in Waikoikoi.
She died there on 14 January 1939 and is buried in the Waikoikoi Cemetery.
