Jane Anderson was born about 1843.
She married Henry Lunham, a railway ganger, on August 19th 1874 in the Waikouaiti parish. They had five children.
When Jane signed the suffrage petition the family were living in Palmerston.
Their eldest son died in 1904, and another son died in 1916 fighting in the First World War.
Henry died in 1920, and Jane died at her home on July 27th 1932. They are buried in the family grave in the Palmerston Cemetery.
