Jane Reid was born about 1826.
She married Joseph Sneeston, a carpenter, on August 17th 1870 in the Waikouaiti Parish.
They had 2 sons, and when Jane signed the suffrage petition she was living in Palmerston.
Joseph died in the Dunedin Hospital in 1893. He is buried in the Northern Cemetery.
Jane died on December 20th 1895. Her place of burial is unknown.
