Mary and Tom Valentine were my Grandfather Louis Mussen's Aunt and Uncle. My Grandfather's parents died young and the Valentines, who had no children of their own, raised all the children. They were like parents to my Grandad and dearly loved by us all. My father has Tom's war medals which we wear every ANZAC day and we all think of them and all they did for our family.
