Minnie Collins was born about 1865.
She married Michael Hannan in 1883 and they had four children.
When Minnie signed the suffrage petition they were living in Colac Bay and Michael was working as a sawmiller.
They later moved to, nearby, Orepuki where Minnie died on 25 November 1897, she is buried in in Invercargill Eastern Cemetery.
It is unclear where and when Michael died.
