Biography contributed by Katherine Blakeley
Mary Ann Lowery married Charles Edward Price, a boat builder and ship wright in 1862 and they had a son the following year.
The family lived in Queenstown where Charles was declared bankrupt in 1876.
He later established a coaching business - he died in 1886 and is buried in the Queenstown Cemetery.
When Mary signed the suffrage petition she was still living in Queenstown. Where she went after this is unclear.
