The 1893 electoral roll confirms Robert Corbett Gt King St butcher

Helen Marco Gourlay was in 1857 born at sea on board the Marco Polo en route to Victoria, Australia – the daughter of John Gourlay, an engineer, and Ann Ure.
Helen married Robert Corbett Moore, a butcher, on 24 January 1882 at All Saint’s Church, Dunedin.
They had four children and when Helen signed the suffrage petition they were living in King St, Dunedin.
Robert died in 1901, shortly after a bout of influenza & Helen died at her home on 14 April 1936.
They are buried together in the Northern Cemetery.
