Annie Ralston was born in 1868 in Blue Spur, Otago – the daughter of Gilbert Ralston, a miner, and Mary Livingston. (See 82 Mrs Ralston)
When Annie signed the suffrage petition she was living with her family in Blue Spur working as a dressmaker.
Annie did not marry and when her parents retired to Dunedin she went with them.
She died on 12 July 1921 and is buried with her parents and sister in the Andersons Bay Cemetery.
