None of the woman who signed this sheet of the petition gave their address so it is difficult to definitively locate them in the annals of history. However, several names come up on the 1896 Electoral Roll for the Central Hawke’s Bay. Rose Moran was recorded as living in Waipukurau. She probably lived there with her sister Margaret.
