Susanna Selina Warwick was born about 1825 in Hertfordshire, England – the daughter of William Warwick and Matilda Coleman.
She arrived in New Zealand about 1860 and she married John Craig, a carpenter, in 1868.
They had one son and when Susanna signed the suffrage petition they were living in Clark St, Caversham.
Susanna died at her home on 19 May 1902 and John died in 1907 – they are buried together in the Southern Cemetery.
