Sarah Duthie was born in 1845 in New Zealand – the daughter of Alexander Duthie, a farmer, and Jane Martin. (See 118 Mrs A Duthie)
When Sarah signed the suffrage petition she was living with her family at 'Janefield' near Milton.
She died on 12 June 1929 and is buried with her parents in the Fairfax Cemetery, Milton.
