When Susanna signed the suffrage petition she was living in King Street.

She married widower and farmer, Alexander Beveridge in 1896 and they lived at Clarendon in South Otago.

Alexander died in 1904 – he is buried with his first wife in the Fairfax Cemetery, Milton.

Susanna moved back to Dunedin after Alexander’s death – she died on 4 May 1933 and is buried with her sister in the Andersons Bay Cemetery.
