Wilhelmina Louisa Allan was born in 1870 in New Zealand – the daughter on John Allan, a painter, and Isabella Campbell. (See 46 Isabella Allan)
She did not marry and when she signed the suffrage she was living with her family in Albany St, Dunedin working as a seamstress.
In the 1910s she moved to Parnell in Auckland. She died in Masterton on 5 October 1953 and was cremated at the Karori Cemetery, Wellington.
